In these cases:
- Your ADHD or Autism assessment and agreed follow-up are funded by the NHS
- There is no direct charge to you for the NHS-funded elements of care
- You will be clearly informed if any optional services fall outside NHS funding and would involve a private fee
If you are unsure whether you might be eligible for an NHS-funded assessment, please visit our Right to Choose page or contact us.

What your fee includes
Stage 1 – Initial Screening & Preparation
Review of referral information, screening forms, pre-assessment questionnaires, and relevant medical history to ensure the correct and safest pathway for you.
Stage 2 – Clinician-Led Appointments
Assessment and/or therapy sessions delivered by appropriately trained clinicians via secure video consultation.
Stage 3 – Multidisciplinary Input (where required)
Access to MDT discussion and specialist input (including psychiatry, paediatrics, pharmacy, speech and language therapy, or occupational therapy) when clinically indicated.
Stage 4 – Clinical Decision-Making
Clear, evidence-based conclusions with transparent medical reasoning, including why diagnostic criteria were met or not met, in line with national clinical guidance.
Stage 5 – Medication Access (where appropriate and charged additionally)
Where clinically indicated, and only if it is safe and appropriate, medication may be initiated on the same day as assessment as an additional fee package, provided full medical history, risk assessment, and prescribing guidance allow.
All prescribing decisions follow strict safety regulations, national guidelines, and clinical governance standards, and medication is never initiated where there are contraindications or unresolved risks.

Payment options
For private patients:
- Fees are usually payable in full before the assessment, or in staged payments where agreed
- We accept common electronic payment methods
- In some cases, fees may be paid or reimbursed by insurers, university services or employers, where they have agreed to fund care
If you require an invoice or proof of payment for funding bodies, we can provide this.
Cancellations, refunds & rescheduling
Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to balance flexibility with the need to protect clinical time.
Key principles:
- We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule
- Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee, particularly where an appointment slot cannot be reallocated
- Full details of our cancellation and refund terms are available in our Refunds & cancellation policy
You will receive a copy of the relevant terms when you book.
Funding through insurers, universities or employers
In some situations, assessments and follow-up may be funded by:
- Health insurance providers
- University disability and wellbeing services
- Employers, occupational health services or access-to-work schemes
Where this applies:
- We will work with you and the funding organisation to agree the scope of care and fees in advance
- You will be informed clearly what is covered and whether any parts of care fall outside the funded agreement
If you think this might apply to you, please mention it when you contact us.
